Our group is made up of professionals from Latin American countries who have been dedicated to the preservation of cultural heritage. With a multidisciplinary background, we are united by the desire to share knowledge and strengthen dialogues between professionals.

CO-FOUNDER / DIRECTOR
ANA CAROLINA DELGADO VIEIRA
Bachelor's and Master's degrees in History from the University of São Paulo (FFLCH / USP). She is a technician in Conservation and Restoration of Sacred Art at Templo da Arte (São Paulo) and a specialist in Conservation of Archaeological Materials at the Yachaywasi Conservation Institute (Lima, Peru). She is a doctoral student at the Institute of Energy and Nuclear Research (IPEN–CNEN/SP) at the University of São Paulo, where her research focuses on the use of ionizing radiation for the preservation of cultural heritage.
Ana Carolina is curator at the Museum of Archeology and Ethnology (MAE / USP) at the University of São Paulo. She is responsible for collection diagnostics, technical analyses, conservation treatments and preparation of collection items for exhibitions, lending and research. Since 2013 he has been head of the Conservation Section at MAE/USP.
Assistant coordinator of the Working Group on Objects from Indigenous and World Cultures of the International Council of Museums - Commitee for Conservation (ICOM-CC).
She is co-founder of the Institute for Conservation and Restoration Pachamama, where she teaches courses on Conservation of Archaeological Materials.
CO-FOUNDER
LUIZ FERNANDO CARVALHO BREVES
He holds a BA in History from the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Human Sciences (FFLCH) of the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2011. He is co-founder of the Institute for Conservation and Restoration Pachamama, being responsible for creating the name of our Institute!
Since February 2002, he has been working at Companhia do Metropolitano de São Paulo.
He is currently studying Strategic Management at Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA). He enthusiastically follows cultural projects and everything related to the preservation of heritage.
